The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website. The term ‘blended’ refers to online and in-person training.

You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy without ProTrainings prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you is void.

Rules for User Conduct and Use

You must be at least 13 years old to register in anyway and/or use this website.

If you are a user or customer who provides us with any information,we may create a personalized account which includes a unique username and/or password to access your account and you may receive messages from us. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account. We will not be responsible for liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of the unauthorized use of your username and/or password and/or account.

In-Person Training Requirement

It is your responsibility to ensure that the training you purchase is suitable for your occupational requirements and fulfills your training obligations. If in doubt we recommend checking with the body that governs your particular industry prior to paying for your course(s), as no refund will be given should you find out additional training is required.

If you require blended training we recommend that you secure a place with a qualified instructor for the practical portion of the required training(s) prior to paying for the the online course(s) as we cannot be held responsible if you are unable to attend the in-person portion of your training and no refunds are available for the online segment of the training course(s).

We cannot be held responsible in any way for cancellations or refunds for the practical in-person aspect of any blended courses. All dealings must be conducted by you and the Instructor you have booked for that portion of your training(s). Refunds will not be given due to the failure to successfully complete any of the courses available on our website.

From time to time, ProTrainings may decide to link to websites that we determine may be of interest to our visitors and customers. These websites may offer educational, governmental, or other resources or may be owned or controlled by other third parties.

ProTrainings is not responsible for the content of any linked site, any link(s) contained in any linked site, or any changes or updates to the information contained in such sites. We provide links to third party sites only as a convenience and the inclusion of any such link on our site does not imply our endorsement of either the site, the organization operating such site, or any products or services of that organization.
